According to the yoga tradition, the soul has four distinct desires: dharma (purpose), artha (means), kama (pleasure), and moksha (spiritual fulfillment and lasting freedom). Learning to honor these four desires is how each of us creates our own unique path in life, empowered to serve and contribute as a vibrant, creative and meaningful force in the world.
As one of just a few apprentices approved to teach this process by Yogarupa Rod Stryker, author of The Four Desires: Creating a Life of Purpose, Happiness, Prosperity & Freedom, Stephanie will guide you through a weekend of yoga like no other. You will uncover your life's purpose, discover your heart's desires and learn how to apply tantric science in the art of fulfilling them by heightening your intuition, creating specific intentions, and overcoming the resistance of old patterns and limiting thought constructs.
This workshop earns 11 CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
